Yes, but... A lot of those shares were bought back as KZIA receded yesterday. More are likely being bought back today, as traders have had the time to research and see what they've gotten themselves into. (More knowledge than just a chart is always advisable.)

There was negligible short-interest before yesterday, and the short interest is still negligible, imo.

In any case, they've only got about a month to cover their short positions. If they actually do any research, they'll find out about their Aug.14 deadline. I'm hoping they don't do any research so they suffer after the 14th. (I just don't like shorts, especially when it requires ethical gymnastics to short a company developing treatments for cancer.)
