New Zealand. GTG was participating in licensing discussions with Auckland District Health Board
(“ADHB”) last year, when ADHB filed an action asserting "unjustified threats". There have since been
further representations before the High Court of New Zealand, following which a scheduling conference
held by the Court proposed mediation. The parties recently agreed to pursue mediation in Auckland,
New Zealand on June 15th, 16th and 17th, 2005.
