Body builders who are on steroids, as I understand it, have a problem with shrinking genitals.
The use of a testosterone replacement might be their way of compensating for their problem.
It may be that some of the ACR stockholders have the problem of a shrinking brain.
Every time there is a movement up in the share price the shorts take the opportunity of knocking the price back down again.
The one bit of good news for the stock was the last report of shorts showed that the number was reduced to under 10% so may be there was some minor shorts covering.
