Wim is certainly a maverick, most of his techniques are not new , but he has certainly taken it to another level . Science seems to back his claims and if I’m not mistaken his work is now being studied in 3rd year physiology at colleges in the US. You really should look at breathwork , I didn’t give it much credibility till I read as many scientific papers I could find . Trouble is the more you look the more you find , some dating back to the early 1900s. I have some 300plus on file now . If you decide to look into it I can send you what I have.
