I agree that they're not being agressive enough.
I guess that they were constrained for so long under the previous debt facility cash sweep requirement that they weren't able to be aggressive. And perhaps they're just waiting for some certainty regarding the NEG issue for now.
But with some clarifications here (and I predict it will be more favourable for renewables than is currently proposed by the NEG as already discussed) and once the positivity of Bodagora commissioning kicks in I hope that they start to look at the rest of their huge undeveloped pipeline and what they can do with it.
