"Doesn't this picture just prove that prohibition doesn't work?"

I reckon there were more alcoholics after they dropped prohibition.

Being illegal works as a barrier for many. It can be used by ordinary youth to say no to the urgers and pushers. Sure the lumpen are into drugs at a young age and why would this magically stop? The urgers can now say .... "you've got nothing to worry about".

    Consider: In general

The youth of today have never been more disorientated or cowardly. The snowflake is the norm. 30 odd % are not identifying as their biological gender.

All thanks to the greens and the lefts in the ALP who are always trying to outflank the greens in order to get the 'degenerate' vote. 30 odd %.

There is no intention of helping addicts other than the usual platitudes and waiting months for a consultation. Have a look how legalising drugs in the USA works. The ACT has no significant rehabilitation facilities. Why do you think that Albo has halved the number of Medicare consultations with a
    Psychologist.

During Vietnam it was said that the CIA was flying tons of drugs into the ghettos in order to keep the residents from rebelling. Was it true?

The British sent tons of opium into China to pacify whole sections (apart from getting some silver back).

Drug pushers will be swarming into the ACT. They will be waiting outside of schools and sports clubs. There will be no escape.
