Based on conservative in-ground valuations this is trading at about 40-50% of what it should be.
Should be the start of a good run IMO.
Interesting to note the Southern Cross equities report put a $60m CAPEX bill on the mine. If they can get the oppies in the money and with cash in the bank they'll have almost half of what they need.
