In Note 7 of the six monthly report to December 2008, there is advice that Clime Capital Ltd are making a claim as Clime say that CCP engaged in misleading conduct from November 2007 to February 2008, which lead to them incurring losses.
Does anyone know what is happening to this claim? Has it been settled, dropped, defended?
