I am part of a class action via IMF currently and the Company [GNS] now have no tangible assets but it is the opinion of IMF that the Directors can be successfully litigated against and these days most Directors take out insurance policies to anticipate such contingencies. So while the Director might not cop it in the hp pocket somebody will be brought to account and compensation able to be met if awarded.

While every case is different don't throw the Directors out so hastily. They are still your main avenue toward success.
