    Although legal action against ADX can be taken, it would be fruitless because of lack of company funds and assets.

    HOWEVER, action can be taken by shareholders against the directors (personally) of the company on behalf of the company, under Section 236 of the Corporations Act 2001.

    It would be wonderful if this action can be taken on a pro bono case.

    Comprehensive information about Section 236 can be found on the internet.
