Much has been said about the outcome of the Trading Halt on Continental Coal which should end tomorrow.
To my surprise talk of a cap raising has surfaced which leads me to believe,

1)Any acquisition will be positive if dilution is required and
2) Dilition/funding may mean a large aquisition.

Either way dilution or not I think the end of the week will see a significant increase in the SP. Reason: Even with the postulated dilution the SP is cheap if we model growth but the opportunity for a gain from the aquisition may rerate this stock very heavily over short medium and LT. Take a look at D & D report. That is what may be in line.
