OK Rudd, you've talked the talk to get yourself elected, and have now promised "action, and action now" on climate change.

So it's time to come good on your promise, very quickly - put your hand in your pocket and pull a $5mill wad of notes from your $400+ renewable energy development fund and hand it to CNM, just like the Libs would have.

But given you say you actually want to make a difference, not just tick a few green boxes like the Libs, nothing short of a full, unqualified endorsement of the first CETO wave site in SA (with a wad of more cash as well) will be good enough. After all, it's almost xmas and my work doesn't pay bonuses so I could do with the SP boost!

Also, have to say it was good to see Carnegie and CETO being profiled in two articles in The Australian's "Climate Change Special Report" this weekend. I remember the last time the paper did a Climate Change report, about 4-5 months ago and there was not one mention of CETO or Carnegie - not a sausage. That peed me off no end. So now, to have two articles in the one report shows the word is spreading, particularly as one of the articles was on page 1.

Also good to see Macquarie Bank starting up a climate change fund - surely a few dollars will flow CNM's way out of that - and no doubt a sign of things to come from other like funds.
