I think it's safe to assume that SLV will endeavour to increase its holding to 20%.

Obviously they will want to accumulate on the lowest weighted average price, so it will be interesting to see which strategy they employ:

A) Aggressively buy like there's no tomorrow, or

B) Delay tactics in the hope that some will dump, or

C) Accumulate the maximum prior to Ni spin-off to ensure they collect the maximum in specie distribution.

Either way, as the saying goes:

Damned If You Do, Damned If You Don't!
