Yep you are totally correct that a constant information flow is crucial in maintaining the confidence of the market. Many of us have a significant stake in the company (mine is modest) and might be inclined to worry about future returns on the capital invested.

I've spoken to management - in my own disorganised and impromptu manner - and it allayed some of my concerns. Unfortunately I am easily steered off topic and missed a good chance to ask some pointed questions. I lack the depth of knowledge on CRK required to probe anything more than superficial issues.

Perhaps someone with a better handle on the company might champion the cause of we lowly retail investors and lay the metaphoric slipper into some management agates (in the nicest possible way of course!), in an effort to secure a more free-flowing dissemination of information.
