My observation
PRR does this all the time the stock is being manipulated by the big boys. Usually there is no major movement until the afternoon. Every now and then there is a big run up late in the afternoon last few time this happened was on Friday probably because expecting the NASDAQ announcement over the weekend. However expect something positive from left field not sure of the time line thought .
