The announcement of July 7 stated that testing would be complete in a few weeks and that sales contracts should result. Well time is up and the action should happen very soon. I'm not surprised the market hasn't anticipated because of the general tone of the market and the limited intellect of the investment community. All good for me because I've been able to get set at penny prices. I expect MSC to run up very quickly.
Is there anyone out there as confident as me.
