You are correct the cap raise was at 2.8 cent and the broker options for the company David works for are 5 cents.

Looks like you may be changing your sentiment to buy in the near future after you have finished forensically analysing. Might want to start buying soon, just a heads up.

Yet you freely post, "As always DYOR", something you clearly failed to to do, as the CR was completed at 2.8c and not 5c.

You've now pivoted to some IVZ discussion to support your position of Dave's mindset. I was unaware that Dave was also a former MD of IVZ but it's Friday and I'm happy to learn stuff, you know, doing my own research.

Turns out, The answer = no

Dave as the former MD of 88e has/had all info available regards the projects on hand, as a statement of fact, he has disposed of a large percentage of his holding before the upcoming drilling season...is not a ringing endorsement.

That he is now at Inyati Capital also does not provide any evidence of his support of 88e's projects, as co-manager on CR's they are paid regardless of success. The options are a condition precedent on these CR deals.
