    On the face of it - yes. But 18 million won't cover the exploration program and recompletions detailed in the quarterly report. With a near 2M admin cash burn a quarter, suspect they'll have to raise cash within the next 6 months to pay for this or execute the anticipated farm out. Sadly there was no mention of any such discussions in the quarterly.
