Surrandy you're right -they are required to state in the explanatory memorandum if it's an acquisition. It is about time for Tanzania but, as we're talking about 7.5m, it should be Italy as well, as SuperHard noted!
I wonder, are their funds sill in USD accounts? I hope not!
