Are they perhaps strategically alining themselves with one of the big oil companies ,70m shares out of 200m shares is is over a 30% stake in Key. Imagine Woodside,Shell etc... taking a big stake in the company with their resources and expertise, it will give Key a lot of credibility out there.
I'm probably way off the mark ,just trying to come up with a postive outcome for SH.
