    Alfonso Grillo[Partner@ Tress Cox has just sent an email indicating they are taking legal advice as to how to address the AIRMED issues involving any SBN patennt issues.Terry Cuthbertson has been copied in on this email.
    They obviously have to be sure that patents are being abused.
