Can we trust them to do that ?
I have talked with several other ex and current investors, and most feel SBN wont do a thing because they havn't said it publicly and acknowledged Jack's business.
These investors are taking their own courses of action to put the pressure on them.
If you feel ripped off then by all means you have a right to complain formally to the ASX and to ASIC.
