    I wonder if you could take out legal action against brm for misleading shareholders.Rail deal iminent and do not accept takeover as it does not value co at full potential.i,m like every one that had i known rail deal was a sharade and management were going to p.ss in my pocket i would have quiet happily sold at $5.
