That's the line I took in my complaint to ASIC. Our independent directors told us not to accept previous offer and now they are saying accept at a fraction of previous valuation - the world hasn't changed that much. One of those directors is common to both recommendations. I think ASIC should take a look. So far just got the standard ASIC response.
