ASIC is a disgrace. So many of us have lodged complaints and nothing has eventuated.

Anyone have any bright ideas on how to come up with even a skerrick of factual evidence relating to illegal dealings Wah Nam has ventured into. Unfortunately, if it quacks like a duck and walks like a duck, it's not enough evidence to even get ASIC to investigate. Could we somehow prove a link between Wah Nam and its associates before the first takeover or prove market manipulation? Anyone have any connections in Hong Kong that could do some investigating?

Surely with so many associates, there must be a link somewhere.
