Todd must have impressed at the Money and Mines show in HK. The Asians all like a good punt. He would have showed them SIR's graph and what can happen. A few cashed up Honkaneese could have alot of fun with WCN.
A close above 3.8 cents would be a good technical close not that that means much. A lot of placement holders cashing in and why not. They are obviously going to keep the options for the big punt over the next few months.
