Hello Tapman
Yesterday Marathon announced that they had finished 3 holes of a drilling program on their Western Victorian projects. The Glenlyle project is a 4km diameter circular magnetic feature that is interpreted to be an intrusive body. It is a copper-gold prospect. They have intersected in one hole 80m of sulphides and are awaiting assays.
This is interesting in that it is a very large feature and is mineralized. If the assays reveal metals it is great. The region hosts some significant gold producing locations, Stawel, Ararat and Moyston.
