Also key to PAR and where the price will go is that they do not have many shares on issue and it looks to be pretty tightly held. Anyone wanting any meaningful qtys of shares is going to have to stump up at higher levels. Most other biotechs in their position have an absolute truck load of shares on issue.
Ultimately lack of liquidity will hurt PAR in terms of the funds that are allowed to invest but no doubt PAR will change this dynamic at the appropriate time.
