i think at around $1.00 it has to be on the cheap. even if its not for the short term then long term is definitely going to go up. i mean, toll roads would take time for people to accept and realise the benefits of it. ie time saving, petrol consumptions and reduced frustration on traffic.
each day i drive past it, seems like traffic is building.
having said that though, it all depends on whether people would still be using it when its tolled. i guess next week when tolling starts will be a clear indication on how well the freeway has been taken on board by the public. trucks and commercial vehicles will be there thats for sure.
