Apparently it is not permitted to publish share registers in certain circumstances in Australia. The previous post will therefore be removed and the link deactivated. Sincere apologies if anyone is negatively affected by publication of the share register. It was done in the name of transparency.
The main point of the post was however to demonstrate that directors of AGI, despite supporting the failed scheme and alternate takeover bid, have not yet sold their shares. When will the directors be selling their shares, if not now? Perhaps they could give us an idea of what they think a fair price would be for them to sell their own shares?
Is this in fact a case of the directors leading by example entirely by accident?
If there are other employees of AGI who have also not sold their shares, perhaps they could anonymously post the reasons why they are holding onto their shares in reply to this post. It really is time the truth came out about what is going on inside AGI.
