Just an observation of today's trading by the bot. IF it was a "skimmer" it had huge opportunities to do some serious selling at 20.5, but didn't. IMO, we can reasonably deduce from that that this bot might just be an accumulator who eants to stay in ICN and not use it as a penny pinching toy. Just a thought.
