Buyers sitting back now, they are patient and the seller is way too active IMO. We had 2 days last week of 105,760 traded and 108,000 and the seller is still there with those 6000 parcels.
If the seller at 1.20 doesn't give anybody else a chance to sell and keeps reloading at 1.20 this will go lower IMO.
I just wish I could afford more at these prices.
Looking forward to the Quarterly, last year this came out Thursday 21st April (day before Good Friday)
