SEN makes a joke of the words "Daily Share Buy Back Notice" because there is nothing like a daily activity taking place.
They seem to buy when shares drop to a level they feel uncomfortable with IMHO.
In reality if they did have a daily buyback operation in place they would, over a period of weeks, soak up the 29 million shares they have remaining to take up.
Such buying pressure would push the shares through 40 cents I feel - and be true to the words "Daily Share Buy Back".
Meanwhile I can't help feeling that some investors may be staying away until integrity rises.
