Assemblywoman Donna Lupardo, as well as members of the network for Sustainable Tomorrow, Catskill Mountainkeepers, all spoke in support of the arrival of a lithium ion battery plant and a solar start-up company that would both bring hundreds of jobs to Endicott.
The plan of the climate act is to reduce emissions by 40% by 2030, and no less than 85% by 2050.
