There is no way that these imbeciles could set up "blockades" to obstruct shipments from Australia. For all the reasons posters on here have previously mentioned.
If they haven't thought through the possible legal ramifications/ consequences of simply publicising this threat to block it in the first place then who knows what else they haven't though of. Not the brightest bunch of crayons in the box!
