I hope you are right on the up side of the board doing the right thing as they have with the company in the past.
With the S of A it all looks in S/PC favour but why would these guys, our board, just roll over (and take it you know where) just out of the blue when the future seemed so promising.
IMO there is more to this and if I'm wrong it will have cost me a motza on other stock I could have bought over the last couple of months.
It's still a BIG negative from me on all votes until I see some positive light,
