Could you please explain why the company would want a ceiling on the price of around 13-14c?
Wouldn't it make more sense to get the price as high as you could if you were to do a cap raising?
From my conversations with management I can conclude that they are not looking at a cap raising and have no intention of doing one. Sure things can change but at the moment that is not on the cards.
Still that doesn't explain the share price. And if a company was accumulating to do a take over they would have needed to raise a substantial holders notice by now. This has been going on for too long.
