One could reasonably assume there’s some activity on the ground, possibly early earthworks by TMG. Use this information however you see fit and yes, my sentiment/position is up to date.

Had a look on Copernicus myself and it does look pretty anomalous. Every other patch of visible grass remains green while this land owners area looks like it’s been cleared.

Hopefully some news this coming week on the land access front.
