Yes, but I must admit I'm not entirely convinced by the conjecture around the acquisition and clearing of the neighboring property by TMG. One possibility is that if the company is idling around flat-footed, waiting for land access to be agreed, it may very well commence clearing operations because ultimately (though not necessarily in the near future), its work that needs to be done and paid for. But hey, if someone sees a problem with that line of reasoning, please speak up because Im more than happy to be talked out of it.
