API spokesman says "not aware of any information" that could be causing share spike. Cardiac Jolt, a company backed by high-profile Sydney lawyer and investor Chris Murphy, according to AFR last week increased its stake to 7.84%. API's shares plunged last year on a series of woes including resignation of its CEO and a A$17 million hole in its accounts.
