$1.3 issue was discounted offer given to share holders compare to the current share price at that time...comapny did not value it as $1.3 per share...DD data room was open and independent valuer will do the valuation....its not just pog but aud/usd and many factors come into picture to do the valuations...I suspect the valuation of amx will be very high with +3 moz and 4moz potential...if pod goes down USD goes up so net impactor profit would not be that bad in aud.....I dont think the deal would happen for any low ball offer as advised by management in their corporate interest announcement....
