If there are families still out there with subsidy available for them, acquisitions of childcare centres close to such opportunities would definitely increase occupancy. Building centres of the right size will also increase occupancy. What we are afraid of is if there is NO MORE opportunity, then the mkt is gone, and no amt of fund would ever create that mkt anymore.
