G8's aggressive buying of centres did two things, it increased revenue that kept shareholders happy and camouflaged the issues with occupancy, this was assisted by settling centres in either the last or first quarters of the calendar year.
Buying occupancy levels is one thing, but IMO they are struggling to maintain or improve on those levels.
