Either those who know something are doing the selling but don't want to scare the buyers away completely or there's no new information and no ones prepared to take the chance. One thing is for sure there's no good news around that anyone is aware of! Very suspicious this far into the scoping study. You would have to conclude that the odds are bad at this point.
