I got a call on Friday from someone representing DRX i thought she said she was from DRX's registry she asked if i had recieved all the documents and know about the proposal. I was busy at work in a noisey environment so didnt get all the info. I dont even have that many shares maybe $10000 worth. But not interested at all in this proposed takeover.
I am down quite a bit also I cant see any benefit to us holders i like our current management, i hope the no team are buying the shares on market currently.
