A lot of talk on here about "work down south" and "florida contracts" and "rest of world". I spent about an hour on the US procurement and Florida Govt Procurement website and could not find any large pending, decided or upcoming wetland remediation contracts in FLorida. Are we sure they are actively bidding on anything there? I could not find anything concrete in past announcements etc? Also what is meant by "other work" in the south - same question - do we actually know if their are active tenders in a pipeline. Other companies often report a rolled up "tender amount bidded for" - refer sxe, so you can apply a conversion rate for amount of work likely to be run.
Maybe good reasons why they dont disclose this but makes you wonder.
