re: mangrove Just read your summary (9 - 2 - 05) of NWE and the situation it is in, backed my thinking exactly, you forgot to mention the stale bulls that have had to be cleared out before the run can begin, most probably most have gone by now but there is always a couple of stuborn ones waiting in the wings for a bit more.
