Thanks for that. Wrong m/c number is one of the most common and annoying mistakes in HC threads. I went by the October presso, which is only three weeks old. The company should have made it clear in there - give the m/c before and after the acquisition.

Anyway, it looks like a high potential acquisition that could add a lot of value.
