As a shareholder, I would prefer to use an app to give to charities that is linked to my credit card. As most people are employed and have company phones, they would not be allowed to donate through their company phone, hence only the smaller majority of users would have a private phone.
If an app was produced, say called Activistic Charities and your credit card was stored on this, like eBay, etc, you could decide when to donate. Even if the donation was only $1.00, it's better than $0.00. Surely the company has thought of this.
I regularly donate through my business to numerous charities and if we could do this through one source, I'd do it. Too much money goes to paying million dollar wages for the execs running the charities. Salvation Army would be a great start and if advertised well, uptake would be large.
Just my 2 cents worth.
