Only 155mil shares at the moment. They will need to raise cash before October IMO and at the current share price you can expect to at least double the shares on issue. Unfortunately I think serious dilution coming IMO.

For holders sake and for donators sake I hope I'm wrong because the amount of money that third parties are receiving from the donated dollar needs to change and ACU has an answer in the micro donation space. They just need to get the donations in the 100's millions to make any decent revenue.
